About the Position
It may be strange, but you love code. So do the rest of our web developers. If you work with us, you'll work on some excellent projects developing, programming and maintaining internet applications. Your love of code means that you can spot a misplaced "}" from across the room, but you'll never lose site of the big picture. You code with a purpose in mind, and your goal will be to deliver on requirements, minimize bugs, complete work on time and wow our clients.
We focus on exceptional work, so to join our team, you'll need strong web programming experience, database design experience, and an understanding of web related concepts. You'll need to manage multiple simultaneous tasks to meet tight timelines and focus on high-quality results. You will help outline technical requirements on projects and flag issues that affect scope.
You're more than a code-monkey, though. This position involves contact with customers while sharing project solutions, gathering and clarifying project requirements, building software design specifications, and working with a team of programmers who are at least as good as you.

Requirements
- 2+ years of "On the Job" Backend Web Development Experience (e.g. ColdFusion, ASP, PHP)
- 2+ years of Database Design Experience (MS SQL Server Preferred)
- 2+ Years of SQL experience
- Architecture, design, and development experience including hands-on knowledge of key web development technologies such as: HTML, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, and Web Services
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and switch gears quickly and effectively
- Must have uncompromising standards of quality in performing job function, an eye for detail and on time delivery

- Flash Development Experience

- Network/Hardware Setup, Troubleshooting and Maintenance
